1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using clanhub.info (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants of betmatch tournaments and community features.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account or participate in betmatch tournaments. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. Users from sanctioned regions or countries may be restricted from accessing certain features.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. clanhub.info reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit malicious behavior. All betmatch profiles must be unique and represent a single individual.
4. Conduct and Fair Play
We expect all users to engage in respectful, sportsmanlike conduct. Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using third‑party tools to gain unfair advantage in betmatch tournaments is strictly prohibited. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate permanent ban from the platform.
5. Tournament Participation & Prizes
Participation in betmatch tournaments is voluntary. Prize pools are distributed according to the official rules published for each event. clanhub.info reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule tournaments at any time. Any disputes regarding match results must be raised within 24 hours of the match conclusion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of clanhub.info or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Fan art submitted to the gallery remains the property of the artist but grants clanhub.info a non‑exclusive license to display and promote it.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
clanhub.info is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or disputes between players. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to participate in betmatch events. These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
